1. Open the Stock Photo in Photoshop.

2. Create a New Layer

3. Press [Shift + F5] to Fill. Then fill the New layer with Light Gray or Gray.

4. Change the Opacity to 10%~15%

5. Press Control + U - ang the Hue and Saturation Option will show up.

4. Duplicate the Text layer by Hitting “Ctrl + J” or you can manually duplicate it by Right Click the Layer and choosing “Duplicate Layer”. Then Hide the Original Layer

5. Apply Motion Blur [ Filter > Blur > Motion Blur] on the duplicated Layer. Apply these settings [or try your own]

6. Go to Window > Animation and this dialog box will appear. Then click on that icon to convert it to frame by frame animation

File > Save for Web and Devices and make sure that the preset is GIF.

3 Now Go Here and save the texture. Place it on the document, Set it’s blending mode to “Multiply”

5. Apply Threshold on the Picture [Image > Adjustment > Threshold]. Play with the settings until you get this kind of effect. Depends on the picture

6. By using the Magic wand tool (W) - Delete or Erase the white parts of the Stock

7. Set the Photo’s Blending mode to “Multiply” and By using the Eraser tool delete the unnecessary parts.

8. Now hold the “Control” button and Click inside the thumbnail. You’ll see the Marching ants if you’re successful.

9. Hide the Stock Photo layer, and create a new layer.
[See the marching ants? it’s still there]

10. Press Shift + F5 and fill it with 703321

12. Load some “Splatter” brush and add the final details. Then set its Blending mode to “Multiply”

1. So create a new document. I used 600x600 px here… add your text.

1. Open the image in Photoshop

2. Using the Polygonal Lasso tool/Pen tool/ Magnetic Lasso Tool, Select the Eye part.
Tip : If you’re using the Polygonal Lasso tool or Magnetic Lasso tool - You should hold the “Shift” key in order to select the 2nd Eye part.

3. Hit Ctrl+ J to duplicate the selected Eye Part.

4. With the Eye part Copy selected, go to “Filter > Others > High Pass, and apply these settings.

Change the blending options to “Soft Light” and the Opacity to “50%”

1. Dapat maalam kang gumamit ng Pen tool kapag magaaral ka kung paano ang vexel. Kapag meron ka nang “advance pen tool skill” . Magiging sobrang dali ng vexelling para sayo.
2. Practice and Practice - Since 2006 pa ako nag vevexel at patuloy na nagpapractice at nag aaral pa. kaya hindi naman sa pagyayabang eh medyo may alam na ako dito.
3. Kailangan mong maging mapasensya kapag mag aaral ka nito - Bawal ito sa maiinitin ang ulo.
4. Sa una mong try wag kang mag expect na maganda agad. Walang nag umpisang PRO.

So yea this tutorial is for them.

You just need 2 Photos, same size is much better. (but you can crop them later on lol)
So i’ll be using the following photos

1. Magic of Elements Stock by Ilona-nelapsi
and
2. Winter BG Sunset by Shinystocks.
Note : I Cropped it.

3. Open the pictures in Photoshop.

4. Go to the Winter BG Sunset and Right Click the Background Layer and Choose “Duplicate Layer”, this dialog box will appear.

Change the destination. It should be duplicated in the Magic of Elements.jpg document.

5. Go back to the Magic of Elements document. You’ll see that there’s a new layer.

6. Set the Background copy’s blending mode to Screen.

You’ll get something like this.

7. Hit Ctrl + Shift + E (To merge visible layers)
